You posted, you emailed, you chatted, you YouTubed, you blogged, you begged… how great are you?!
David and Jane cordially invite you to join them for a one night only, very special, Los Angeles, big screen, sneak preview of “A DOG’S BREAKFAST”
Fill out the RSVP form. If you are responding for more than one person, you will need to submit the form for each attendee. You will receive an email confirmation of your successful ticket request with an attached flyer to print out and bring with you. If you don’t get a confirmation email within 72 hours, you’re mutt out of luck…sorry!
D! & Jx
(Mars will not be attending… not because he doesn’t want to be a part of the LA scene… but because he’s a dog!)

Written by joseph_woods on 2006-11-10 04:37:19 Well now you sorted out LA, come to england!!! Anywhere; London, Birmingham! Star Citys nice near ikea i would sooooo be there if you came! And if you do bring both hewletts :P |
I am THERE. Written by AGaraiya on 2006-11-09 04:26:39 I got the confirmation email; I am totally psyched; everything is right with the world. Now to find transportation into the big city...Any other students going, I made a facebook event. That's how excited I got... If the theatre has got a website, a link would sure come in handy so we know the best way to get there. I can't believe I only have a week left to plan! |
I'm going Written by starmage on 2006-11-08 18:59:03 I got the e-mail confirming my RSVP. What is funny is I also got an e-mail for a screening to the new James Bond movie but it is at the same time as this one. But I can see that when it comes out I'm not missing out on seeing 'ADB' |
Confirms Lost Written by starleet on 2006-11-07 23:42:07 Well, fear not if you didn't get a confirm. Out of 4 people (myself included) only 1 of us got the confirm. I sent an e-mail and Jane replied that they all went out at the same time. That is how I got my confirm. I'm thinking there is a glitch somewhere. The e-mail has a link to the flyer and that is really what you print and bring with you to the screening. But Jane assured me we were all confirmed. So, I think you should try the Contact Us and send an e-mail to inquire. I'll bet you all are on the confirm list but your confirm was lost in cyberspace like ours. |
AGH! Written by TJinLOCA on 2006-11-06 15:25:49 I haven't received ANYTHING ... I requested a screening weeks ago for Santa Barbara, but I also said I could make it to LA. I didn't get an email invitation the way everyone else seems to be ... and no response to my RSVP either. I checked my spam filter just to make sure it didn't go there. I can attend the screening, but I just need a ticket! |

Written by jivefish on 2006-11-06 00:14:41 unspokenlonging - i love band, i won't deny it...but sometimes rehearsals are just...like seriously. on my birthday? not the best night ever. |
Written by unspokenlonging on 2006-11-05 22:18:24 woo!! I'm there! jivefish - Band rehearsal. i feel your pain lol |
not yet =[ Written by jivefish on 2006-11-05 17:30:18 I RSVP'd for me and my sister on the 2nd and I still haven't gotten a confirmation yet & I'd really like to go since I don't have band rehearsal that night. |
not yet :( Written by Astrumporta on 2006-11-05 14:10:27 I haven't got mine yet. I wonder if I was too late. Sniff. Although I did get a notice of the screening based on my earlier request for one in San Francisco. I'm flying down to Burbank from San Jose. Maybe I'll stand outside the theater and look pitiful, like Mars :-) |
Got it! Written by starleet on 2006-11-05 12:35:45 Got my confirmation! I know a lot of people who signed up and about half got confirmations so far. Anyone else? Where are the out of towners coming from? |
Still waiting... Written by starleet on 2006-11-04 13:22:35 Anyone actually get a confirmation yet? I sent my RSVP first thing the minute it showed up. |
Hurray Written by sandyurbahns on 2006-11-03 18:57:14 So glad for you David. Kentucky is way to far away for me to attend. I know you will have a wonderful turnout and hopefully one day it will appear somewhere closer so I can see the whole thing. The clips are fantastic!! |
YAY! Written by TJinLOCA on 2006-11-03 15:07:47 A screening I can actually get to - WOO HOO! I just hope I actually get a ticket ... I RSVPd as soon as I saw the link, but I know how fast these things can get snapped up. I'm keeping my fingers crossed ... |
woo-hoo! Written by Astrumporta on 2006-11-03 14:42:14 I was already going to the con, so now I'm flying in 1 day earlier for the big event. I hope I get a confirmation else it was stupid of me to change my flights already! |
Written by katharine_osborne on 2006-11-03 07:57:17 What a wonderful excuse for a roadtrip - I hope my RSVPs make it through. I promise to blog about it thoroughly - but not revealing any plot details of course...This is really cool news, good work D & J! |
Written by Ali_77 on 2006-11-02 16:25:47 Fantastic news about the screening!!! So pleased for you! Stuck in the UK I'm afraid, but will be thinking of y'all on screening day! Can't wait to see it! Ali xxx |
mingin' Written by YouKnowWhatImHappy on 2006-11-02 14:50:10 That toothbrush clip is truly mingin'! Eeuugh! Plus I think you have a weird squirrel thing going on which I think you need help for but I can't wait to see the film anyway despite the weirdness of the writer/actor/director. |
Written by AkimaDoll on 2006-11-02 11:53:38 too bad I have finals and I live in Ohio... I'd love to be there for the screening. |

Written by Gebo on 2006-11-02 04:15:46 Need to win the lottery to come and see'ADB'. Or have a gun and a mask Have neither so sorry can't come. Hope to see a screening in the UK soon |
Written by ZoniDuck on 2006-11-01 23:43:16 Phoenix is so close to LA, and yet so far. I hope it goes spectacularly well, and that many good things come from it. Please do post and tell us all about it afterwards! |
Oooh Florida sucks right now! Written by windshieldbug on 2006-11-01 16:11:09 Well, I guess since LA is home to you. It's okay. Florida is abit to far from LA for me to make it. I'm sure Darklock and a few other west-coasters will make it! Please oh please do a screening in Atlanta or even New Orleans! Please!!!! *Searches plane ticket prices.....* |
Written by Linz on 2006-11-01 14:14:08 *wonders if she can skip out on class that evening and find someone in LA to drive her there from LAX* |
I so live in the wrong state!! Written by crazy4dh on 2006-11-01 14:12:37 I so wish I could be there!!! Kentucky is a long ways away, but hopefully there will be more (and closer) screenings. Ah well, we can't all live on the sunny coast. Maybe D and J will come to Louisville for the Derby one year and let their loyal fans know in advance. This one lives within walking distance of Churchill Downs. |
Stranded in the middle Written by crazymom on 2006-11-01 13:47:07 Good news on the screening--I so wish I could be there, but the budget is tied up with Christmas coming. St. Louis or Kansas City? |
Too bad it's over there Written by peter_lead on 2006-11-01 13:31:42 ...if its a success will it be flying over to other countries? |

I'm there...I hope! Written by starleet on 2006-11-01 11:13:10 I filled out the RSVP form this morning, so I hope I hear in 72 hrs! I'm there at the screening if so. That'll be a cool way to start out the Stargate con weekend to follow in Burbank! |

Best wishes Written by Becky S. on 2006-11-01 10:22:24 Many, many wishes for success! The only way I could go to the preview would be if I could switch a work day or two with the other shift manager, Talk to a frend who lives in Burbank to see if I could stay overnight there...hhhmmm, maybe I might be able to attend afterall. Just maybe... |
Up I5? Written by Mercury973 on 2006-11-01 10:07:42 Hoping you take the show on the road and go up I5 to Seattle. Or Vancouver. For those who are going; we want reports! |
Invasion of the Scots! Written by taywolf on 2006-11-01 09:32:00 'tis a long way to come to see a film. Somebody remember and record it, sit in the back row with your trusty camcorder, and send the DVD over to Perth. Mars would love to go - all the munchies and dropped morsels on the floor. He could take his girlfriend Lucy (if I remember correctly). Have fun......Susan |
Written by rosiewook on 2006-11-01 09:06:50 Break a leg, David! I'm sure it'll be a wonderful screening. |
Will translate for plane fare... Written by Jan on 2006-11-01 08:36:29 Lotta' good the Ivy League education did me. I STILL can't afford to fly out to LA on a moment's notice. I could've been poor without bothering about the whole educations hooey... Note to world at large: will translate Medieval Latin in exchange for plane fare... |
Written by elfgirl on 2006-11-01 07:10:59 If only... But, I will post about it so all the L.A. folks I know can request a seat if they like. Hopefully your Nifty Distribution Scheme (NDS)(TBA) will get ADB somewhere nearer to me eventually. |
Written by mystisblom on 2006-11-01 06:59:59 I always hated that Germany is so far away from everything else *sigh* |
Great News Written by Wabit on 2006-11-01 06:42:59 Would love to be there but alas living in the UK sucks sometimes. Have a great night, and don't eat too many Malteasers!!!!!!!!!!!!

So exciting! Written by watcher652 on 2006-11-01 03:31:48 Ah, so great that you'll be able to screen your movie in LA. Not so great that I'm living on the wrong coast. You will report back to us all the juicy details and viewer reaction, right? I'm so excited for you! Remember to enjoy yourself. And your new clip - so funny! What was Mars eating, anyway? |

*thumbs up* Written by dutch eowyn on 2006-11-01 00:23:41 Excellent news!! And that's soon too, November 16th. Good luck with the screening (which I won't be attending since going to a movie in LA when one lives in The Netherlands would take fangirling to a whole new level of crazy) And thanks for the new sneakpeek; the toothbrush scene will get a lot of audience response I'm sure *snickers* |
Go East! Written by lttledvl on 2006-11-01 00:20:04 I doubt I'll be making it to L.A. on short notice (not to mention the doc visit that same day) But come out to the east coast, and I'll be hauling butt up (or down) an interstate!
