As for the "A Dog's Breakfast" Friday Night Type, I think, given my new workload I'm going to need to push it back a bit, possibly as far as the DVD release in September...which means more of you can join us! I promise to revisit it shortly and commit to something.

Now, let's talk babies. I have got to say that I'm so impressed and honored by how respectful you have all been about this. I wish I could say the same about some of my co-workers;-) We've not been actively hiding the fact that Jane is pregnant, but we decided, early on, to keep this news private. In fact, outside of work, we've only mentioned it to family, and very close friends! We are obviously very happy and excited and perhaps a bit over protective of our new addition. Jane and I both thank you again for letting us have this aspect of our lives for ourselves.

It is good to see that you got to have at least some fun - even if you also had to work.    Last, no problem with postponing the ADB's Friday Night Type (a great title by the way). Though don't you hate it when real life interferes with fandom (or other hobbies) .

It came back on my mom from her sister when my nephew Stevie was a toddler. Years ago my mom had given my cousin like a set of noisemaker toys - the same said toys were recycled to my nephew when he came of age for them and now, shared among 5 more kids at grandma's house when we had Clan Gatherings.     So, again congratulations to you both and best of health to everyone!

It's a chore to drag all of us all the way across the country and I don't know that it'll happen until my oldest is agitating for it (he's almost 8 and a nerd ascendant - it's a matter of time) so for now I'm counting on your reportage.     Raising children can be such a vulnerable experience; everyone seems to have an opinion and I have on occasion felt judged by complete strangers. I can't imagine going through my first pregnancy with such an attentive audience. Smart decision, and good luck and congratulations. Feel well, Jane!

I noticed that you had your camcorder around, so if you feel so inclined to float pics at your blog, please do!!!    As for the private matter, congrats to yourself, Jane and family.
