Goodbye...Hello...I must be going PDF Print E-mail

Saving the universe is wreaking havoc with my dGeeking! But it sure is going to be one hell of a rocking good two-part start to the new season!

In my bid to be the best-est brother in the galaxy I've put Kate's Noble Parasites (there's a sister joke in there somewhere I'm sure) info up on the site. Do check it out if you can, I read an earlier draft of the play and it's some creepy fun! Look at that I'm plugging it again!

I've changed the "wrapper" at the bottom of the site to our Technorati.com listing. This is yet another sordid attempt at garnering even more Internet attention. But as always it's a fun website that I'm now addicted to! Check it out if you have a free lifetime, sign up and get your blogs listed and of course make adogsbreakfastmovie.com your "favorite".

So sorry that I've not had more time to share with you all. I've not had two minutes to rub together (what?!) now that Season Four is upon us. There's been much shaking and quaking on the Atlantis set and I'm looking forward to Bag Pipes and Scottish flags any minute now here at the Bridge Studios. All this in spite of the weather... The Scottish fans will probably think this a marvelous spring day, but I'm feeling like a ratty little drowned squirrel-nerd myself! Miss ya Pauly... even if you're lounging around in sunny L.A. while your biggest fans catch pneumonia outside and I spout techno-gargon (I mean comedy/scifi gold Mr. Mallozzi;-) Try saying "Nanites" and "Human Form Replicator" ten times really fast...actually don't, you'll put me out of a job!

Jewel and Jason now have me addicted to the "Breakfast Sandwich" and I can actually hear my arteries hardening. Oh to be young and calorie foolish once again! I've finally scored some wifi and I'm taking time between setups today trying to get you all back up to date.

Two screenings set for Sunday of "A Dog's Breakfast", as you all probably know, but I think that there should be a few tickets left at the door if you find yourself with nothing else to do and fancy a laugh. Bring your friends and family, hell bring your enemies and Mars can take care of them for you...after they've purchased their tickets that is ;-0

On the convention front, I'm afraid to announce that we've had to cancel our plans to attend the Armageddon Convention in New Zealand and Australia next year...I am so sorry to let people down, Jane and I were so looking forward to it. Let's just say that there's another project in the works that's going to take up a lot more time and energy than we'd bargained for. More happy news on that when I get a wee bit more time. In order to make up for it, we'll be looking into getting some "A Dog's Breakfast" screenings sorted out for you all down there.

See you for a quick Q&A at the convention on Saturday and/or at the screenings!

Peace & bagpipes (Never heard those two together, have you!),

Vancouver Screening Update! PDF Print E-mail

Just changed the link on the announcement so I thought I'd post it here as well! Here's the direct link to tickets for the Vancouver screenings:

A Dog's Breakfast Tickets

In my post Atlantis shooting weekend it took me a while to figure out where the store was on their website... thought I'd save you some trouble!

I know that there were some questions about parking... There is street parking in front of the theatre and a parking lot across the way. Failing that I think you'll find there's public parking all over the place. We've never had problems finding a spot... and I parallel park my Echo like I'm driving a eighteen wheeler.

I'm sorry that we have no later screenings, the theatre was already booked for the evening and we didn't have any other options that, we knew, worked well with the High Definition tape. I'm really sorry if some of you are already booked with convention related events. We really did try to find as best a middle ground screening schedule (with the two showings) that we could.. :-(

Thanks much & see ya there!
